Giverny Chateaux

In 2005 my husband and I went on our first visit to France
and one of the highlights was Monet's Garden.

But we didn't know there was so much more to Giverny.
A few days ago when I was visiting the" Hip Paris Blog"
I came across a post via the wonderful French blog

about a chateau and the gardens called
"Chateau de Misery"
( unfortunately I've lost the link to the gardens)

It describes a wonderful day trip

When I visited the site I then stumbled on another site for places to stay ( http://giverny.org/hotels/)
Oh ,it was so exciting!

Meet Chateau de Requiecourt

I'd love to sit here

And breakfast here

(I wish I had the wall pannelling and the doors!Any tips on how to get it?)
Perhaps read a book.

Then visit "Chateau de La Madeleine"

How stunning!

Or "Chateau de Bonemarre"

"Chateau Corneille"

"Chateau d' Emalleville"

I just wish I could go right "now"!
I love Chateaux.
