Indah Island

Indah Island is my latest find and I'm smitten. She has the best taste, especially if you love the French/Hampton's/Beachy look.
This house she did is featured on her site and it caught my eye immediately.
(I want that rug and the rattan suite and .....)

Soft blues, creams and browns create a soothing ambiance

Mixed with fresh whites and greenery to become a tranquil escape.

 Accessorized perfectly with interesting pieces

Her name is Natalie Bowman and she is now based in Perth( which makes her even more special) although she travels Australia in her work.
But be warned.
If you visit her site you will need a few drinks( if you are at all like me) as you will be there a while enjoying all the beautiful pictures.

Objects of Desire

Whilst visiting Fabulously French in her boutique I decided to do some window shopping(even though the window is not glass but my computer screen).
These lights would do perfectly in my hallway.
Always a lover of toile these colours would be a welcome addition to my suitcase on my next travels.
But I loveeee blue with browns.

 One of her latest arrivals!
A great original take on French cushions.

If my boys were still little these would be perfect.
So then I headed over to French Madame who took me to Maisons du Monde.
Love the music on the wall. I'm feeling inspired to redo my study shelves.
Oh how I would love this. Especially with the cupboards to hide ..........
Added chair feels enticing.
Okay that's it! It's time to go get tidying.
Au Revoir.

Mother's Day High Tea

Don't you love the perfect excuse for a High Tea. Mother's Day has got to be it and so I like to bring together some of my friends and their beautiful daughters to share a special time together.
Flowers,of course, are number one. I love all these pinks together with pink candles and ribbons.

Number two is tiny cakes but most definitely pretty.
Oh to have such skill!
Dainty fruit tarts are always a hit.

But oh how I would love such exquisite biscuits as these from "Coco and Rose"
( Just found out she sells some of her delicious wares at Subi Farmers market at Subi Primary on Saturday mornings and Kalumunda Markets most Sundays. Can't wait to buy some of her treats)

And if I could find the time I love the painted nails with one in glitter.

So sad I cant wear this outfit but I can still pretend in my mind.

Happy Mother's Day to all those lucky women who share the joys of being a Mum!

French Style Glamour in Claremont and a Hampton's Link.

My daughter is very ill at the moment so posting is difficult to find time for so when I saw this house in a real estate magazine I thought it was perfect for some French inspiration.
I would love doors like these especially if the glass could open to allow fresh summer breezes through the house without compromising on safety. I would also really, really like those light fittings!!
 And the coffee table
Wish my study was this tidy
 Beautiful surfaces in the kitchen
I really think that choices of light fittings almost stamp the French style into a home
But lets not forget candelabras
Hows this ensuite. Oh so glamourous!

No wasted roof space here. Using attic roof space is such a clever way to make an extra bedroom, games area or home office with space to spread out.
 Gorgeous wallpaper
Some unusual finishes in the bathroom.
If you want to know more visit Acton Real Estate here.
If you feel like a little fix of Hampton's Style such as this house visit here at Cococozy. Hope you're having a glorious week.
